Thursday Night Video – T. Rex, “Get It On”

I love how tame they make it all seem as T. Rex appears on Top of the Pops to sing “Get It On.” I presume it was 1971, as that’s when the song was released, and the ’60s do not seem over, based on their clothes. I do wish that still counted as sophisticated dancing — just kind of bopping up and down.
