Friday Night Video – Jon Stewart visits David Letterman

In case you missed it, Jon Stewart was on The Late Show with David Letterman this week. In the middle of them describing the artificiality of Mitt Romney, Stewart takes a comic left turn which brings up Letterman’s workplace infidelity. I love me some awkward laughter.

It’s probably been more than twenty-five years since I read The Star-Spangled Girl. It’s a good candidate for Neil Simon’s weakest play, but there’s a joke in it that I’ve remembered all this time and enjoyed thinking about frequently.
