Monday Night iPhone Photo – Elephant Rocks

Took a trip up north of San Francisco with some friends, to Marin County, and we stopped by Elephant Rocks.
I care about politics, but also enjoy tabloid talk. So what’s a boy to do?
Wow – that is spectacular.
It was lots of fun to see. I just wish they were climbable!
They look a bit risky to me.
And yet I do think some people climb them. It looked like there was some trash in that open space halfway up the rock in the middle of the picture.
I don’t know what shocks me most – the fact that people climb these fantastic but dangerous looking rocks or the fact that they leave their trash there.
I think it’s the trash-leaving to me! It’s really shocking to have such a beautiful place and find all sorts of trash there. My friends and I were talking about returning with some trash bags, next time…
Thank goodness for people like you – sometimes I feel so depressed with the human race when they leave rubbish like that, amongst other things.
