Friday Night Verse – Rep. King Against Dog-Fight Ban

Doggone!

If there is a sexual predator out there who has impregnated a young girl… that sexual predator can pick that girl up off the playground at the middle school and haul her across the state line and force her to get an abortion to eradicate the evidence of his crime and bring her back and drop her off at the swing set and that’s not against the law in the United States of America.

There are people who really have gall,
Helping dogs when a sex fiend can haul
Little victims around.
That’s a shame so profound
We should really do nothing at all.

That Rep. King is describing a crime
That would lead to some serious time
Though he claims it would not
Doesn’t matter a jot.
It’s a truth that’s poetic–like I’m.

And that truth is, King’s statement’s endowed
With real fact, which small details can’t cloud.
Though the law code forbids
Rape and kidnap of kids,
There are states where a swing set’s allowed.
