If you ever have had the idea
That a penalty sometimes might be a
Sort of pig, have no fear,
For the matter’s now clear;
It’s been settled by Justice Scalia.
When that gentleman eloquent waxes
Upon penalties labelled as taxes,
He is sure to present
A persuasive dissent
Backed by incontrovertible factses.
Good one. He is definitely all about those factses.
