Monday Night Video: Romney’s Record at Bain

The Obama Campaign is going after Mitt Romney hard for his record at Bain Capital and I’m glad. They present real people who were impacted by Bain, such as steelworker Joe Soptic, John Wiseman, Andy Cruz, and Jack Cobb.

Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter has said that Obama is not attacking private equity companies in general, but I wish he would. They’ve played a devastating role in decimating the U.S. capacity to actual make things.

TV in Review: Community, “Curriculum Unavailable”

Last week on Community, we discovered that the study group is still meeting despite being kicked out of Greendale Community College. What’s the plot device devised to keep them together? One word: potluck.

This review lands in the middle of a puddle, so to speak. It's halfway between January, when the episode premiered in the UK, and May, when the it will air in the the States.  Once again, I try not to give away any of the crucial turns in the mystery, but if you want to avoid any hint of a half-spoiler, turn back now!

Yesterday was spent on airplanes, so I haven't had a chance to watch the latest Mad Men (oh, the agony of delay...) but back in March I blogged about last night's episode of Sherlock. For those of you watching it on PBS...sure, last night might have been fun, but just wait for the coming finale...
